A 50% deposit is required to book and guarantee your spot, as places on Epik Trips are limited. If the client cancels before the second deposit is paid, 50% of the payd  deposit will be refunded. Once the second deposit has been paid, no refunds apply. If the trip is canceled by the agency, all payments will be fully refunded.
